WO3纳米材料的制备与应用研究进展 Review on Preparation and Application of WO3 Nanomaterials

三氧化钨(WO3)是一种重要的n型半导体材料。纳米WO3具有优越的光电性能，在太阳能电池、光电器件、光催化、传感器材料等领域有广泛的应用前景。本文总结了纳米三氧化钨的性质、制备方法和应用进展，并对其研究前景进行了展望。 WO3 is an important n-type semiconductor. WO3 nanomaterials can be widely applied in soler cell, electron device, photocatalysis and sensor fields, due to excellent optical and electrochemical properties. This article reviews the progress on properties, preparation and application of WO3 nanomaterials. Finally, research prospect of WO3 nanomaterials is also presented.
