IGFBP-3、caspase-3在小鼠白念珠菌阴道炎模型黏膜组织中的表达

2009
Objective To investigate the expression of insulinlike growth factorbinding protein-3 (IGFBP-3) and caspase-3 in murine vaginal mucosa with experimental candidiasis. Methods The ICR murine vaginal mucosa was infected with Candida albicans to establish candidiasis model. The level of IGFBP-3 and caspase-3 in murine vaginal mucosa from the candidiasis group and the normal control group were determined by real-time quantitative fluorescent PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively. Results In the candidiasis group, the vaginal mucosa was seen with a great deal of monilia mycelia and inflammatory cells. The expression of IGFBP-3 and caspase-3 were higher in the candidiasis group than those in the control group (P<0.01), with a positive correlations between the expression of IGFBP3 and caspase-3 (rs=0.683, P<0.01). Conclusion The candidiasis model is successfully constructed. The over-expression of IGFBP-3 and caspase-3 in the experimental candidiasis may play a role in the pathogenesis of candidal vaginitis through reducing the immunity of the vaginal mucosa.
