ABSOLUTELY CONTINUOUS SPECTRUM FOR SINGULAR STARK HAMILTONIANS

In this paper, we consider Stark operators perturbed by some bounded potentials. We prove that these operators are purely absolutely continuous (A-C) on some Borel subset S of R. We apply these results when the perturbation is piecewise smooth, in this case we show that the A-C spectrum is the whole real line.
