푸드 마일리지와 식물공장을 활용한 저탄소 환경교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용

This study was planned to develop and apply a low-carbon environmental education program using food mileage and plant factories and to confirm its effectiveness. The low-carbon environmental education program using food mileage and plant factories for elementary school students, was applied to 700 elementary school students. 204 questionnaires with sincere responses were analyzed. After the application of environmental education program, the perception of elementary school students on food mileage (p<0.05), transportation distance of food (p<.05), carbon dioxide production during food transportation, use of drugs to maintain food freshness during transportation has improved. This result suggests that the program developed for this study is useful as a low-carbon environmental education program for elementary school students.
