Otimização da faixa de frequência dos sinais de impedância adquiridos no monitoramento da integridade estrutural em tubulações industriais

2021
Through the implementation of an SHM piping system, it is possible to continuously monitor structural integrity and thus reduce the risk of accidents that could harm the population and the environment. The proposed technique is based on PZT-type transducers, which are glued to the surface of the main body of the tube by means of a high stiffness adhesive, and has as basic advantage the simplicity. The sensors, properly positioned, are excited in a certain frequency range, generating a response that is measured through the electrical impedance. To detect the damage, the different measurements are analyzed using traditional metric failure rates in the SHM area. In order to optimize the frequency range of the impedance signals collected, a bioinspired algorithm called Cuco Search was applied in order to find the greatest divergence between the Baseline and Dano signals, finding the most sensitive frequency of the structure where the monitoring should occur.
