CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON 76 PATIENTS WITH COMPLAINTS OF DIZZINESS

[Objective]To explore the clinical features of patients with complaints of dizziness.[Methods]The clinical data of 76 patients with dizziness were analyzed,and some were examined by HAMA and HRSD. All of them were given Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets、Amitriptyline,and receive recheck one month later.[Results]After the therapy of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets、Amitriptyline,most of them showed obvious improvements of dizziness and simultaneous phenomenon;the item scores of HAMA and HRSD decreased.[Conclusions]Somatization disorder is common in patients with dizziness,small dose of Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets、Amitriptyline is effective in treatment and has no adverse effects.
