The use of chromatography with atomic-emission detection for determination of organic compounds in water

2000
The possibility of differential estimation of water pollution by technogenic impurities based on the total content of organic carbon in components eluted from a chromatographic column was investigated. The conditions chosen enable a user to determine impurities in water from M. w. to 500 a. w. u. which include the bulk of products of petroleum and petrochemical industries, as well as pesticides used in agriculture. Sensitivity of the method in terms of carbon - 1.10 - 5 mg/dm 3 .
