Implementasi Sistem Informasi Tempat Praktek Kerja Nyata Mahasiswa Informatika UMS Berbasis Web

Fieldwork (Praktek Kerja Nyata/PKN) is one of the subjects that must be taken by UMS informatics student as a requirement to complete bachelor degree. Fieldwork conducted in an institution/company for a period of 1-2 months. Students often have difficulty in finding and determining a place for fieldwork because of the lack of information and references that students have about which institution/company that can be used as a place for fieldwork. This is what encourages the need for a system that provides information about the institution/company that has been used as a place for fieldwork by students along with the data of fieldwork. With this information system, students who want to do fieldwork are expected to have considerate material before deciding where fieldwork place which seems to be in accordance with the interests and concentration taken by the students.
