El rol de la colegialidad en el desarrollo profesional de la carrera docente: una propuesta de instrumento de evaluación

The study is about a proposal for the assessment of teacher collegiality throughout the teaching career. The collegial dimension fits into the evaluation framework for the improvement of social cohesion. The teaching professional trajectory needs the support and support from the colleagues of a work center, especially in the initial phases of career development. For this reason, we have made a study about the level of collegiality among the most veteran and newer teachers, according to the classifications of Huberman, Thomson & Wiland (1997) and Unruh & Turner (1970). The analysis methodology is based on the nonparametric contrast of the scores of the CD scale (Bakieva, 2016) and the sub-scales. The highest CD level is revealed in novice teachers. In this way, the need for support for teachers who are at the beginning of their careers is highlighted and the CD assessment instrument is proposed for diagnostic goals and improvement of school organizational contexts.
