Moisture absorbing and sweat releasing uvioresistant fabric

2014
The invention relates to a moisture absorbing and sweat releasing uvioresistant fabric. The moisture absorbing and sweat releasing uvioresistant fabric comprises warp yarns and weft yarns; the warp yarns comprise 70s/2 pure cotton yarns and 50s/2 pure viscose yarns which are sequentially arrayed alternately; the weft yarns also comprise 70s/2 pure cotton yarns and 50s/2 pure viscose yarns which are sequentially arrayed alternately; the warp yarns and the weft yarns are interwoven by broken twill weave to obtain the fabric; the fabric is subjected to after-treatment processing, is fed into an automatic drying sample shaping machine and is subjected to primary padding by using prepared textile auxiliary agents; after being subjected to primary padding, the fabric enters a vertical sample dyeing small padder and is subjected to secondary padding; and finally, the fabric which is subjected to secondary padding is fed to an electric-heating constant-temperature air-blowing and drying box and is dried. The fabric is woven by native cellulose fibers, after being treated by the textile auxiliary agents, the fabric has a moisture absorbing and sweat releasing function and an uvioresistant function, and while injury of ultraviolet rays in sunlight on human bodies is relieved or voided, the comfort level of the human bodies wearing garments made of the fabric can be improved owing to the moisture absorbing and sweat releasing function.
