Mixed Mode Based Characterization of LY12CZ Aluminum Alloy Corrosion Damage Evolution in EXCO

Accelerated corrosion tests with EXCO are carried out to introduce corrosion damage to LY12CZ aluminum alloy,which is regarded as a random process,and is characterized by mixed mode of ARIMA together with BP neural network,as proposed in this thesis.Results indicate that the proposed mode is capable to predict corrosion damage evolution in LY12CZ,and is very promising for aircraft structure corrosion damage prediction.
