Enrichment-layer Based Miniaturized Non-dispersive Infrared CO2 Sensor ☆

Abstract A new CO 2 “hybrid” IR sensor concept for indoor air quality (IAQ) combining infrared detection and CO 2 sorbent material is presented. The preparation and characterization of the CO 2 sensitive layers are described and the CO 2 sorption process, measured with IR absorption technique, is illustrated.
