СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ПРОДОЛЖАЮЩИМСЯ ВНУТРИТАЗОВЫМ КРОВОТЕЧЕНИЕМ ВСЛЕДСТВИЕ НЕСТАБИЛЬНЫХ ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЙ ТАЗОВОГО КОЛЬЦА

Fractures of pelvic bones present one of the most common causes of lethal outcomes in patients with associated and multiple injuries. Moreover, the main mechanism of a lethal outcome is development of uncontrolled intrapelvic bleeding. Objective – to describe the main methods of arresting of intrapelvic bleeding, different approaches and selection criteria. Materials and methods. Elibrary, PubMed, Google Scholar and printed journals were used in the study. Results. The proper analysis of Russian and international literature (65 sources) describing the techniques for intrapelvic bleeding arrest was carried out. Conclusion. The actuality of the problem of choice of an optimal technique for intrapelvic bleeding arrest is still high. The modern low invasive techniques present the perspective development of this surgery field. However the possibility for their wide-spread clinical implementation requires for future anatomical and experimental studies.
