Значимость ультразвукового исследования в дифференциальной диагностике механической желтухи

The aim of the research. To determine the significance of ultrasound examination in differential diagnosis of jaundice syndrome. Materials and methods. Was achieved ultrasound of 398 patients with pathology of biliopancreaticduodenal area complicated by syndrome of jaundice. Results. There were revealed ultrasound signs that allow to differentiate the etiology of biliary hypertension. Was set the frequency of false-positive and false-negative results, and the sensitivity of ultrasound at a syndrome of jaundice. Conclusion. Ultrasound examination is not critical in the differential diagnosis of pathology biliopancreaticduodenal area syndrome, complicated by jaundice and is the additional method of diagnosis.
