Electrolysis plating assistant agent applicable to steel hot-dip galvanizing aluminum alloy coating and technological method thereof

2013
Belonging to the technical field of corrosion protection of steel materials, the invention relates to an electrolysis plating assistant agent applicable to a steel hot-dip galvanizing aluminum alloy coating and a technological method thereof. Specifically, the electrolysis plating assistant agent comprises: 150-650g/L zinc chloride, 20-160g/L ammonium chloride, 5-50g/L stannous chloride, 0-30g/L sodium fluoroaluminate, 0-30g/L sodium fluoride, 0-20g of cerium chloride, and the balance water. According to the invention, the plating assistant agent suitable for hot-dip galvanizing aluminum alloy is perferably selected by orthogonal test, and by adopting electrolysis activation assistant plating, a uniform composite salt film with moderate thickness can be formed on a sample surface by current deposition, thus overcoming the defect of salt film insufficiency generated by depending on the natural settling process of a plating assistant agent salt solution during traditional solvent assistant plating. The obtained coating has a smooth and bright surface, and good corrosion resistance.
