A user clustering algorithm considering user's interest-offset

This paper proposes a user-clustering algorithm against user interest-offset which may lead to inaccuracy of cluster. At first, we builds an item characteristic network diagram. Then we classify more-interested users and interest-offset users with improved Markov algorithm and cluster users with k-means algorithm. The experiment shows that we can get a higher recommender accuracy using this algorithm which is proposed in this paper.
