The invention relates to a method for testing the dispersion rate of a pavement granular fiber in an asphalt mixture. The method comprises the following steps: preparing an asphalt mixture according to parameters defined by a production mixing proportion and a blending process, determining run-off loss delta m, asphalt-aggregate ratio A' and mineral aggregate gradation G', and judging whether the asphalt-aggregate ratio A' and the mineral aggregate gradation G' satisfy the requirements of the production mixing proportion; according to the asphalt-aggregate ratio A' and the mineral aggregate gradation G', adding different nx% of artificial completely dispersed granular fibers, determining run-off loss delta mx, and establishing a mathematical model with respect to nx% and the run-off loss delta mx for the completely dispersed granular fiber content C in the asphalt mixture; and then, substituting the run-off loss delta m of the asphalt mixture produced by a blending plant in the mathematical model to obtain the completely dispersed granular fiber content C' in the asphalt mixture, and calculating the dispersion rate of the granular fiber in the asphalt mixture. According to the method, the dispersion rate of the granular fiber in the asphalt mixture can be determined, thereby achieving the purposes of optimizing the blending process and strengthening production quality control.
