Design of a Driver for Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converter

A driver circuit for synchronous buck DC/DC converter was designed,which included level shifting module,dead time control module,zero-crossing detection module,etc.Structures and operating principles of the whole and each module of this circuit were analyzed.The circuit had been verified by Cadence Spectre simulation based on 0.35μm BCD process.It turned out that this driver circuit could control the dead-time,suppress the reverse current effectively,and improve the efficiency of the converter.
