Female-male screw rod rotor synchronous frequency-conversion integrated compressor machine head

2014
The invention relates to a female-male screw rod rotor synchronous frequency-conversion integrated compressor machine head which is characterized by comprising a machine head shell, as well as a male rotor and a female rotor which are arranged in the machine head shell, wherein the male rotor is engaged with the female rotor, the shaft head of the male rotor stretches out of the machine head shell, and the shaft head of the male rotor and a revolving shaft of a male rotor motor are integrated; the shaft head of the female rotor stretches out of the machine head shell, and the shaft head of the female rotor and a revolving shaft of a female rotor motor are integrated, the male rotor motor and the female rotor motor are connected with a frequency converter by virtue of a circuit. The frequency converter is connected with a controller, and the controller controls the male rotor motor and the female rotor motor to synchronously rotate. The female-male screw rod rotor synchronous frequency-conversion integrated compressor machine head has the advantages of being low in energy consumption, small in noise, less in heating, long in service life, low in failure rate, low in cost, not only applicable to an oil environment and but also applicable to an oil-free compression occasion.
