Design of an automatic measurement system of comprehensive performance for screw-type air-compressor

According to the type-experimental features of screw-type air compressors,an automatic measurement system based on software monitoring and control was designed.In the system,the technologies of multi-sensor data acquisition,virtual instrument,wireless transmission and weak electric signal modulation etc.were adopted.The system achieves automatic data collection of the air compressor performance parameters and functions of measured data processing,analysis,storage and search.It improves the measurement level of air compressor performance parameters.
