Preparation of s-adenosyl-l-methionine salt

PURPOSE: To prepare S-adenosyl-L-methionine (SAM) in high efficiency by remarkably simplified process, by eluting the adsorbed SAM from a chelate resin, using an acidic solution as an elutant, comprising an organic sulfonic acid solution having a concentration corresponding to that of the objective organic sulfonate of SAM.
