The utility model provides a junction device for a cable high-voltage resistance test, which comprises a shell, a contact part, a lead part and an air valve, wherein the shell comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part used for connecting a cable to be tested; a cavity is formed in the shell; at least one part of the contact part is arranged in the cavity; the contact part is connected with the shell by the first connecting part; the lead part is arranged outside the cavity, and is connected with the contact part; and the air valve is used for filling insulating gas into the cavity, and is arranged on the shell. A cable terminal device used for testing the cable is arranged in the cavity of the junction device, and the cavity is internally filled with the insulating gas which is the same as that in a gas insulated switchgear (GIS), so that the working environment of a cable terminal arranged on the GIS is simulated. Therefore, the junction device can be used for the high-voltage resistance test of the cable to be tested, and the cable to be tested can be tested without being installed on the GIS, so that the damage of the high-voltage resistance test of the cable to be tested to the GIS can be avoided.
