Патоморфологические изменения ткани печени крысы при длительном приеме нимесулида

2015
Purpose. To assess the character of liver tissue damage in experimental animals in modeling of NSAID – hepatopathy using common histological methods. Materials and methods: The modeling of NSAID–induced liver damage in non-linear white rats was carried out by peroral intake of nimesulide (Nayz®) for the period of 21 days in the doses: 0,5 мg/kg (a therapeutic dose), 2,5 мg/kg and 5 мg/kg. The changes were compared with the control group. After finishing the experiment the histologic material (liver tissue samples) was taken with observing all euthanasia rules. Histological procedures were made according to standard protocols. Results. In case of the peroral use of nimesulide (Nayz®) for the period of 21 days experimental animals` liver tissue showed pathomorphological changes similar to a toxic organ damage: widening of sinusoid capillaries, foci of dystrophy and necrosis; a dose-dependent effect. The animals which received nimesulide p.o. for the period of 21 days showed lymphocytic infiltrates; the incidence of their detection was increasing with the increase of the preparation dose; the revealed changes require further studying and rendering.
