Innovation of Industrial Ecology and Upgrading of the Main Competitive Ability of Marginal Districts

In marginal districts, the development of society and economy has been to fall behind, the ability of self-development is weak, and the attractiveness of investment is deficient while developing. Innovation of industrial ecology is strategic choice of promoting the core competitiveness in marginalized districts. This article, taking Chizhou city, Anhui Province as an example, from the angle of promoting core competencies of the region, puts forward to the countermeasures of innovation of industrial ecology. In view of considerable advantages of the district, innovation of industrial ecology of marginal districts is to be carried on, such as, establishment of system of regional eco-economy; reorganization and optimization of industrial structure; foundation of ecological industry garden etc.
