The literary survey of conditional peculiarities of lipid peroxidation, antioxidative protection and endogenic intoxication, depending on the presence Helicobacter pilory in patients with serious forms and unresponsive duodenal and pilioduodenal ulcers is presented. The state of lipids peroxidation and antioxidative protection in 99 patients have been studied. It has been confirmed that in patients with severe forms of duodenal and pilioduodenal ulcers and persistence of helicobactcr pilory, significant and long term activation of lipid peroxidation processes takes place. This was accompanied by the inability to produce antioxidants. The development of hyperoxidation syndrome requires correction of POL, AOP and EI.
