Content determination of Astragaloside in Taile Granules by HPLC-ELSD

Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of astragaloside in Taile Granules by HPLC.Methods:The Phenomenon-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used.The mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile and water(33:67),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the drift tube temperature was 50℃.Results:The linear ranges of astraga loside was at 1.008-10.080 μg(r=0.999 3),the average recovery was 97.29% with a RSD of 1.48%.Conclusion:The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of astragaloside in Taile Granules.
