The invention relates to an electronic rearview system of a vehicle. The electronic rearview system comprises an image acquirer, a controller and a displayer, and also comprises an image processor, a vehicle information acquirer and a switch circuit, wherein the image acquirer is used for acquiring images of the surrounding of the vehicle and sending the images to the image processor, the image processor is used for processing the images and sending the processed images to the controller, the vehicle information acquirer is used for acquiring information about the running state of the vehicle and sending the information to the controller, the switch circuit and the vehicle information acquirer are connected with the controller, and the displayer is connected with the controller and is controlled by the controller. According to the electronic rearview system, images are acquired by a camera, are processed and then are sent to the controller, and are displayed by the displayer, so that the view of a driver is greatly increased, and the surrounding of the vehicle is observed conveniently; furthermore, the images can be distinguished, danger information is firstly displayed, and the images can be set through a user control interface, so as to conform to the using habit of the driver.
