Nanolaser arrays based on individual waved CdS nanoribbons

A type of nanolaser array based on individual waved CdS nanoribbons is proposed. The ridges with the triangular cross section are formed and act as the position‐defined optical cavities periodically aligned along the length direction of the ribbons. These subcavities integrated in single ribbons can all realize lasing under pulsed laser excitation.
