Оптимизация подходов к стандартизации фитопрепаратов на основе календулы лекарственной

A phytochemical research for the determination of total content of carotenoids in the flowers of pot marigold (Calendula officinalis L.) varieties of “Kalta” cultivated in the Samara region was carried out. The tincture based on these herbal materials was also investigated in this way. The analysis found out that the total content of carotenoids calculated on β-carotine in the flowers of calendula variates from 33.50 to 63,10mg% ± 3,56%.
