Phytobiologische Untersuchung von Verbindungen des 2‐Amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazols 1. Mitteilung

Angaben der Literatur uber die cytostatische Aktivitat von Derivaten des 2-Amino-1,3,4-thiazols veranlasten uns, eine Reihe von neuen Derivaten phytobiologisch zu prufen. Die Prufung erfolgte in coffeinisierter Losung an den Meristemen der Wurzeln von Triticum vulgare Vill. Histologisch zeigten sich mitodepressive und mitostatische Wirkungen; am meisten versprechen die Substanzen IV und I. Phytobiological Investigation of Derivatives of 2-Amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole. Part I The cytostatic activity of the derivatives from 2-amino-1,3,4-thiazole led us to a phytobiological investigation of a series of new derivatives. The examination on the meristem of roots from Triticum vulgare Vill. was carried out in a caffeine containing solution. Histological tests showed mitodepressive and mitostatic effects.
