Fulbright and the Change of American Policy towards China

Fulbright,the former Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee(1959-1974),through making speeches and holding hearings,has made ample preparations for the change of American policy towards China in public opinions and has also made great contributions to the change of the policy from "Containment and Isolation" to "Containment but not Isolation".
