The condensation assembly of the refrigeration unit is directly connected with one end of the refrigerant pipeline extending out of the refrigerant inlet, and the compaction assembly of the refrigeration unit is connected with the refrigerant outlet of the cold plate housing. The cooling system provided by the invention is simple and compact in structure and good in heat radiation and cooling effects, etc.
