On the definition of the excess permittivity of a fluid mixture. III: Dependence on frequency
2016
Abstract In a previous work it was demonstrated that the ideal static permittivity of a fluid is, in general, a combination of the static permittivities of the components weighted by their volume fractions in the mixture. In this work, those results are generalized and, following a similar demonstration, it is shown that the ideal complex permittivity is a combination of the component complex permittivities weighted by their volume fractions in the mixture.
