Use of syk as therapeutic target of hepatic fibrosis/hepatic cirrhosis

A use of SYK as a therapeutic target of hepatic fibrosis/hepatic cirrhosis. Expression of the SYK gene is increased during a hepatic fibrosis/hepatic cirrhosis process, and accelerates progression of hepatic fibrosis by promoting activation of hepatic stellate cells. The present invention effectively slows the progression of hepatic fibrosis/hepatic cirrhosis by using an SYK inhibitor or disrupting SYK gene expression, thereby providing a superior therapeutic effect.
