Formula of chlorosulfonated polyethylene sheath rubber for underwater acoustic transducer cable

2012
The invention discloses a formula of a chlorosulfonated polyethylene sheath rubber for the underwater acoustic transducer cable. The base material is the chlorosulfonated polyethylene TS-530 produced by the Japan TOSO company; the vulcanizing system adopts a vulcanizing agent which is the lead monoxide, a vulcanization accelerator which is the tetramethyl thiuram disulfide and dibenzothiazyl disulfide; the anti-aging agent is the 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol; the plasticizers are the microcrystalline wax and the asphalt; the flame retardants are 40% chlorine containing chlorinated paraffin and diantimony trioxide; and the fillers are carbon black with high abrasion resistance and ultrafine talc of 25,00 meshes or higher. The chlorosulfonated polyethylene sheath rubber for the underwater acoustic transducer cable can be produced by adopting the continuous vulcanizing rubber extruding process, and the produced finished cable has higher mechanical and physical properties than the ordinary rubber and has good flame, wear, water and oil resistance, high temperature resistance and long service life.
