Состояние клеточных мембран при бронхообструктивном синдроме у детей

2004
Activity of Na+-Li+ countertransport is studied in children with obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma. The M. Conessa method (1980) was used to study the velocity of Na+-Li+ countertransport across the erythrocyte membrane (in mkmol Li/l cells/hour). The increase of average values of the velocity of Na+-Li+ countertransport is found in patients with atopic bronchial asthma in exacerbation period and in remission and in patients with obstructive bronchitis in acute period compared with indicеs of healthy children. Quartile analysis made it possible to reveal that bronchial asthma and obstructive bronchitis often develop in persons with the velocity indices of Na+-Li+ countertransport corresponding to IV quartile. Distribution of patients over 3 years of age with bronhial astma and obstructive bronchitis in quartiles of the velocity of Na+-Li+ countertransport was similar making it possible to suggest the presence of general pathogenetic mechanisms in development of these diseases in children of this age group.
