Multifunction Single-phase Power Line Carrier Watt-hour Meter Based on TCC081C

A low power,low cost single-phase power line carrier watt-hour meter was designed based on the special power line carrier chip TCC081C.Energy measurement part adopts RN8209 anti-steal special energy measurement chip,micro controller using NEC μ78F0525 and peripheral circuits.The designed watt-hour meter can realize time-sharing accounting,need quantity measurement,anti-steal and power line carrier communication and other functions.Test results show that the design of watt-hour meter in accuracy reaches national standard 0.5s level standard requirements,current power consumption is 10μA,when system is power down,electrostatic discharge immunity is 16kV.
