The Neglected Art of Persuasive Leadership for Attorneys

Lawyers often spend their careers arguing whether a document or statement is relevant. Not unlike a stale search warrant, leaders can become irrelevant when people no longer trust that the leader has their best interests in mind. Lawyers are willing to commit to long hours and hard work if there is a shared vision with leadership for the organization and them. This subject is not new. But for some reason, lawyers have been slow to evolve to new management styles. The next generation of lawyers needs a new leadership style. To survive, leaders will need to start listening.
