Биомеханическое моделирование интраоперационного перелома проксимального отдела бедра

2006
The three-dimensional elastic stress and strain state in the cortical layer of human femur after the implantation of hip joint endoprosthesis has been studied by computer simulation. The transversal isotropy and non-homogeneity of the bone elastic properties were taken into account in the biomechanical model of the boneendoprosthesis system. The condition of ideal contact was assumed at the boundary between the bone and the stem of metal endoprosthesis; this condition is realizable due to technological stresses during the implant installation. The analysis of the cooperative effect of the implants design and the possible installation errors on the risk of intraoperational fracture of the femur has been carried out. The stresses and strains in the bone tissue have been calculated for the three most commonly used implant designs.
