Physiological states, such as a safe period, an ovulatory period, early pregnancy, corpus luteum insufficiency and the like, of a wearer can be known by monitoring the basal body temperature values of the wearer and analyzing the change of the basal body temperature values in a menstrual cycle, so that guidance is provided for pregnancy preparation or contraception of the wearer.
