Postobon SA, has developed processes aimed at strengthening the capacities of personnel for the proper performance of their duties, however, the results observed are high turnover, which continually takes time and money, since it is necessary to restart the processes for new recruitment; Likewise differences between the profile required for the work of the plant and selected staff are presented, as not fully comply with the requirements and at the time of the training and development of work blockages that slow down production
