Stable 84/336 GHz optical pulse generation using a mode-locked laser diode and optical fibers

A synchronized optical pulse at repetition rates of 84 GHz to 336 GHz with low timing jitter was generated using a stabilized passively mode-locked laser diode by optical pulse injection and repetition-frequency multiplication with fiber dispersion.
