The invention provides a parallel pushout type sliding support hinge with double X-shaped structures with co-movement and adjustability. The hinge comprises two sliding rails, four sliding blocks and four supporting hanging arms. The supporting hanging arms are intersected in pairs to form the double X-shaped structures, one end of each supporting hanging arm is hinged to the corresponding sliding rail, the other end of each supporting hanging arm is hinged to the corresponding sliding block, and two sliding blocks in each sliding rail are connected through a connecting rod. On one hand, the hinge is characteristic of co-movement, namely, every two sliding blocks connected together through one connecting rod can move and stop moving at the same time, so that co-movement of double X-shaped mechanisms is achieved, and the situation that the service life of the hinge is ended due to the facts that the X-shaped mechanisms do not move synchronically or are not abraded consistently is avoided; on the other hand, the hinge is characteristic of adjustability, one end of one supporting hanging arm of one pair of the supporting hanging arms and one end of the other supporting hanging arm of one pair of the supporting hanging arms are hinged to a supporting fixing block at one end of one sliding rail of the corresponding two sliding rails and to a supporting fixing block at one end of the other sliding rail of the corresponding two sliding rails through eccentric shaft rivets, and one end of one supporting hanging arm of the other pair of the supporting hanging arms is hinged to the corresponding sliding block at the other end of the corresponding sliding rail through an eccentric shaft rivet. When influenced by size errors, movement parallelity and closing leakproofness of the double X-shaped mechanisms are capable of being adjusted through rotation of the eccentric shaft rivets.
