A light measurement device 1 equipped with: a first mirror 29 for emitting light so as to horizontally cross the anterior chamber of the eyeball 10 of a measurement subject; a second mirror 31 for receiving the light which horizontally crossed the anterior chamber of the eye and was projected by the first mirror 29; and an inner-eye-corner pressing unit 80 and a light-emitting-system holding unit 50D for setting the position of the first mirror 29 to a position at which the skin around the inner corner of the eyeball 10 is pressed into the orbit 17 housing the eyeball 10.
