Research on Development Countermeasure of Rural Information Services Industry in Hebei Province

This paper elaborated the connotation of rural information service industry and its strategic significance,summarized the successful experience of foreign rural information service industry,analyzed the constraints of rural information services industry in Hebei Province,and finally proposed the development countermeasure.
