Large-current impact generation system and test method thereof

2012
The invention discloses a large-current impact generation system and a test method thereof. The system comprises a relay, a control circuit, a self-coupled pressure regulator, a current-rising transformer and a coil, a mutual inductor sleeved on the coil, and a measurement system for receiving the current induced by the mutual inductor, wherein all the components are sequentially connected. According to the invention, a K-times large current is superposed on a copper coil with a corresponding number of turns by means of outputting an alternating-current voltage by the self-coupled pressure regulator, and generating a low voltage and a large current at the output end of the current-rising transformer, and finally, the I-t relationship between short-circuit current and output time is controlled by virtue of a time relay, and the large current is measured by a wave recorder, thus reaching a purpose of large-current short-circuit impact. In the aspect of time control, a time status sequence is added to the system disclosed by the invention, so that the whole system can operate normally and also achieves the following effects: 1) control with a high time accuracy; 2) control with the random combination of time statuses; 3) capacity of completely realizing a status that human and the system are separated due to a high automation level; and 4) high safety factor.
