Arqueometría : Contribuciones teórico-metodológicas y casos aplicados

Introduction to the Dossier "Archaeometry: Theoretical-methodological contributions and applied cases", which publishes original articles on different archaeometric approaches and discussions on their scope and limitations. The paper were presented as dissertation at the XX National Congress of Argentine Archeology, and then they were evaluated and corrected for publication in this issue. This presentation summarizes the archaeometric studies in Argentina, and introduces the topics covered in the articles
