Fingerprint map construction of core tobacco germplasm by ISSR markers.

23 core tobacco germplasms were analyzed by ISSR markers to construct the fingerprint map of tobacco germplasms.8 polymorphism primers were selected from 39 ISSR primers and the fingerprint map of 23 tobacco germplasms was constructed.113 polymorphism bands were amplified and the polymorphism ratio was 100 %.15 core tobacco germplasms could be identified by a specific primer from other core germplasms.23 core tobacco germplasms could be completely identified by different primer combinations from 8 primers.
