This electrostatic grip detection device is provided with a base material, heater wire, sensor wire, and detection unit. The heater wire is formed in the base material. The sensor wire is formed in the base material, and has a first end thereof electrically connected to the heater wire, and a second end thereof opened. The detection unit is electrically connected to the heater wire and/or sensor wire, and detects a change of the electrostatic capacitance of the heater wire and/or sensor wire.
