A managed object model of generic switch services

The background to, analysis and specification of a standard generic interface for the configuration of services on main telephone switching elements are described. This includes the specification of services on analog, integrated services digital network (ISDN), and Centrex lines. An emerging international standard - the European Telecommunications Standards Institute, Customer Administration Model - is employed. >
